Shipping policy

At GemTen Cards, we take pride in ensuring your cards and collectibles arrive safely, securely, and on time. This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, handle, and ship your orders, including what you can expect from us and what we expect from our shipping partners.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days of payment confirmation. During peak times (e.g., card releases, holiday sales, or major promotions), please allow additional time for fulfillment. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

We do not ship on Sundays or on U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Free Shipping

  • Free USPS Standard Shipping is available on all domestic U.S. orders totaling $199 or more (before tax and after discounts).

  • Orders under $199 will be charged a flat shipping fee at checkout, based on weight and destination.

  • Expedited shipping (Priority Mail, Express, etc.) may be available for an additional cost—please contact us prior to purchase if you have specific needs or deadlines.

We do not currently offer international shipping. U.S. domestic orders only.

Packaging & Handling

All orders are packed with extreme care. We use protective top loaders, team bags, bubble mailers, cardboard inserts, and boxes depending on the value and fragility of the order. High-end or high-value items may include extra layers of protection and, in some cases, signature confirmation.

We aim to treat your cards as if they were our own—because we’re collectors too.

Tracking & Delivery

All orders include tracking via USPS. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

Once the item leaves our possession and is scanned by the carrier, we are no longer responsible for delays, loss, or damage. However, if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us and we will assist in filing a USPS claim on your behalf.

Signature Confirmation

On orders over $500, or when requested by the buyer, we may require signature confirmation for delivery to protect both parties. This ensures high-value collectibles arrive securely and are not left unattended.

Address Accuracy

It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We cannot reroute packages once they’ve been shipped. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

GemTen Cards is not liable for packages once they are in the possession of USPS. However, we understand how important these shipments are. If your order is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged due to mishandling during transit:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or the expected delivery date if the item is missing).

  • Include photos (for damage claims) and all tracking details.

  • We will work with you to file an insurance claim or help replace the item if possible (for sealed product).

Note: For high-value orders, we may include insurance coverage at our discretion.

Pre-Orders & Delayed Products

If you purchase items on pre-order, please note the estimated release date and any delays issued by the manufacturer or distributor. Your order will ship once all items in the order are available, unless arranged otherwise.

If you need in-stock items to ship separately, please place a separate order or contact us to arrange split shipping (additional charges may apply).
